How does same-day booking work?
WhatsApp or call us with what is wrong, and a photo if you can. We confirm an arrival window, usually the same day across KL and Selangor, and in central KL and PJ often within 60–90 minutes. Bookings made in the morning have the best chance of being fixed the same day.
The van carries common RCCBs, MCBs, sockets, switches and cable, so most faults are fixed on the first visit. If a part has to be ordered, we make the circuit safe and come back.
What should I do before the electrician arrives?
If a circuit keeps tripping or a socket smells of burning, switch off that MCB, or the main switch if the DB box is dry and safe to reach. Unplug appliances on the affected circuit. If the whole street is dark, it is a supply outage: call TNB Careline on 15454. If there is smoke or fire, leave the house and call 999.
What does a same-day visit cost?
Every visit has a minimum charge of RM80, which covers travel and inspection. Once we find the fault, you get a fixed price before any work starts. Typical same-day jobs: fault finding from RM150, tripping repairs RM150 to RM400, power loss RM150 to RM350 and socket replacement RM80 to RM120.
