Can you work around our business hours?
Yes. We work any day from 8am to 10pm, so shop and F&B jobs can be done before opening, on your quiet day or at the weekend, and office work in the evening. Malls and managed towers have their own contractor rules and permit forms, and we follow them.
Is an LED retrofit worth it for a shop or office?
Usually, yes. Replacing 36W fluorescent tubes with 18W LED tubes, or old downlights with 12W LED panels, roughly halves the lighting load. For a shop with lights on 12 hours a day, the TNB saving often covers the retrofit within one to two years.
We count the fittings, work out the wattage saved and quote per light, so you see the payback before deciding. Sound fittings get LED tubes with the ballast bypassed; yellowed or rusty ones are better replaced with panels or battens.
What electrical work does a new F&B outlet need?
A typical restaurant fit-out needs a 3-phase DB board, dedicated circuits for fryers, ovens, chillers and the exhaust hood, 30mA RCD protection on kitchen sockets and water-resistant fittings in wet areas. Getting the phase balance right is what stops trips in the middle of service.
Send us the equipment list with each item's power rating early, because the size of the TNB supply you apply for depends on it. We wire to your supplier's layout and test everything before opening day.
