What's included

How is a heavy chandelier hung safely?
Plaster ceilings cannot hold a heavy fitting on their own. We fix the hook or support bracket into the concrete slab or a beam above, check its rating against the weight of the fitting, and only then connect the wiring.
Crystal chandeliers can take an hour or more just to assemble, which is included in the price.
Double-volume and high ceilings
Staircases and living rooms with ceilings above about 4 metres need a tower scaffold or a very tall ladder, two people and more time. High-ceiling prices are RM450 to RM1,200 per fitting, depending on height and weight. A ceiling fan on a high ceiling costs RM350 to RM600.
Moving or adding a ceiling point
If the chandelier should hang over the dining table and the point is somewhere else, we can add a new light point for RM100 to RM150 or move the existing one. In condos we follow the management's renovation rules.
